SHIPMENT OF UK ORDERS
The prices quoted for parts on this online store are for parts only and each order will be subject to a delivery charge. For deliveries to the UK we use the Royal Mail Second class ‘signed for’ service and the charges for delivery will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and value of the order in your shopping basket. Royal Mail usually take 2 days to deliver on their ‘second class signed for ‘ service but on occasion may take slightly longer. If an item does not arrive in this time scale then it is worth checking with your local sorting office to see if the item is being held for your collection. Royal Mail will only class an item as missing if they do not have a valid signature at point of delivery or until 18 working days have passed. If you do not receive your delivery, then please contact us at email@example.com.
For larger orders we may deliver via PARCEL FORCE where the same conditions apply.
SHIPMENT OF EUROPEAN AND OVERSEAS ORDERS
If you are looking to purchase our parts and you are based in Europe or overseas then please email your enquiry including the parts you require and the full address including country. We will then get back to you with a price for shipment using the Royal Mail ‘International tracked and signed for’ service.
WHY DO WE USE ROYAL MAIL SERVICES?
We will arrange delivery of your parts using Royal Mail as we believe your regular Postman will be the best person to know where to deliver your parts safely to you at your property.
If you are unhappy with your purchase then please email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven days of receipt of your parts. Please note that we can not accept a return of a part that has been fitted or damaged. If you have purchased a part incorrectly then we can accept a return if the product is in its original condition.
